The latest scans from Jump Magazine feature Tales of Berseria's Artorius and Seres, along with the return of one of the Tales of Series's popular minigames.
Artorius Collbrande and Seres were two characters introduced during Tales of Festival 2016. More info on them have been revealed, along with the return of the waiter/waitress minigame!

- A man who has gained tremendous support as the "Savior." He possesses a strong sense of reason.
Seres
- Seres is a Malak that can control the power of fire. Despite being under Artorius's command, she serves as a sort of guide at times to Velvet during her journey and helps her escape her prison.
The arrows pointing to the three characters just show what type of relationship the three have. Seres is under Artorius' employment, but she feels estranged of him recently (during TalesFes, they said that she questions Artorius's actions the past three years). Artorius is someone Velvet will never forgive, while Seres helps Velvet escape (her prison).
And of course, the whole waiter/waitress minigame is back! We haven't seen this since... Vesperia, I believe? It certainly is a welcome addition.
Tales of Berseria is the latest mothership title of the Tales of Series which was first announced during Tales of Festival 2015. The game was released for both the PS3 and PS4 on August 18, 2016 in Japan, January 24, 2017 in North America and January 27, 2017 in Europe for the PS4 and PC. The game features a female protagonist named Velvet and a theme of pirates and ships. It’s also confirmed as a distant prequel to Tales of Zestiria.
The manga will be drawn by illustrator Nobu Aonagi (though he stylizes his pen name to "Nob Aonagi") and will be running in the Monthly Comic REX magazine published by Ichijinsha. No particular date of release has been announced yet.

In addition,
a Tales of Berseria Illustrations book will be released this September 20, 2016. The book, priced at 1,800 Yen (tax exclusive) will feature a collection of Berseria artworks, rough sketches and interviews by Mutsumi Inomata, Kosuke Fujishima, Daigo Okumura and Minoru Iwamoto.
