Cheaper, PS3 The Best versions for Tales of Vesperia, Tales of Graces f, Tales of Xillia and Tales of Xillia 2 have been announced for Japan.

"PS3 The Best" versions of a game are typically cheaper re-releases of games that sold very well. It's kind of like the "Greatest Hits" in the US or "Essentials" in Europe. In Japan, these games have a yellow label, while in the US, they have the red label. They are essentially the exact same game as their initial release, it's just that they are now being reprinted for a much cheaper price.
If you never got these games (especially Tales of Vesperia PS3, which did not get localized), now is a great chance to get them.
Each game will be released on October 9, 2014 for 2,800 Yen (approximately $28 ). You can already pre-order them at Play-Asia (links below):
