About Me: Nothing much to tell, really. I like writing though. I wanna be an astronaut someday, but since my country doesn't offer courses like that, I'm sticking to Medicine. I spend most of my time in front of a computer, even though I don't actually own one(I rent). The only thing I hate about life is that people always get in the way... Ah well. That IS life for you. I am currently being drawn into the Leon Magnus fandom... Somebody, please get me out! XD
My Tales History:
The first Tales game I've ever played was Tales of Eternia. It was given to me by a cousin of mine who claimed that the game was no good(SHAME ON HIM!). The first time I played it, I knew right away that it was an awesome game. Nice sprites, unique storyline, and the Linear Motion Battle System made the game an epic for me.
I sought after Tales of Destiny as soon as I could because I thought that it was the prequel to ToE(the US version of ToE is called Tales of Destiny 2). I got a copy and played it, but got annoyed at the part where I have to roam the Aethesphere, so I stopped playing it.
To my heart's disappointment, I found out that the real ToD2 could only be found in Japan, but because of my cousin(ARIGATO, KAZU-NIICHAN!), I was able to get a copy. I played it and finished it in a month's time(I would've finished it earlier, but I'm not allowed to touch any sort of gaming console when I have classes).
With my like for ToD rekindled, I played it again and managed to finish it in a week's time. After that, it became a non-stop Tales spree. I immediately bought Tales of Symphonia and Tales of Legendia when they were available in the market. I've finished both games only once though, because I've become quite busy.
Afterwhich, I went to FantasyAnime.com and downloaded the Tales of Phantasia ROM and played it. I got real annoyed because of the high monster encounters, but I managed to finish it.
I'm currently playing Tales of the Abyss now. So far, so good, I have to say. It's a real nice game!!! Am also replaying Tales of Destiny 2. According to a friend of mine who already has a copy of Tales of the Tempest for his DS, it sucks, so I don't think I'll be playing it anytime soon. I just preordered Tales of Innocence, even though I still don't have a DS O.o... Luckily though, my aunt agreed to give me one this Christmas. Nice timing, don't you think? :D

About Me: I'm just your typical hardcore gamer who likes to hang out with friends, play videogames with them and just plain have a good, easygoing time. I have a vast amount of dreams and goals for the future (and one of them is staying in the mall overnight... which I've already done heheh) but as of now, just being happy with everyone is all that matters.
My Tales History:
The very first Tales game I've ever played (and also my first Playstation game) is Tales of Destiny, which I bought in 1999. Even after having the opportunity to play Final Fantasy VII, Wild Arms, Breath of Fire, Grandia, etc. in my cousin's place, I still consider Tales of Destiny my favorite Playstation game of all time. When I heard Tales of Destiny 2 was already out, I went ahead and bought it thinking that it's the sequel. When I played the game though, I was surprised to see that it's actually not a sequel but an entirely different game with the same action-oriented elements, only revised and in English this time. I eventually learned that it was called Tales of Eternia and was renamed in the US version in order to avoid a copyright problem.
After that game, I guess the Tales series ended there and I just played all sorts of games in my Playstation 2 and Gamecube... until my little brother bought Tales of Symphonia for his Gamecube. When I saw that game in action, I got interested enough to give it a go myself.
Once I played symphonia, more than 100hrs of playtime followed afterwards and my love for the Tales series is rekindled to a new high! I then learned that there were other games not released in the US as well, and it's also my dream to be able to buy those games and play them properly (if can just understand the language...). I also got to play Tales of Legendia and though it's considered the black sheep of the Tales series (by incorporating elements that seems like a downgrade from the newer Tales games), it's still worth playing.
After wishes and a long time of waiting, I finally have the US version of Tales of the Abyss, which I consider the best 3D tales game of them all! They kept in the intro "Karma" by J-rock band Bump of Chicken in instrumental form, and the translation is great. I'm still playing the game and I've broken the 100hr mark now, so it's all for the love of the series.

About Me: Hm well, many would describe me as a socialble, intelligient, supportive, enthusiastic, funny and singing individual. Most of the time I just post around in forums while on the computer and when off the computer, I just do what every average teenager wants to do; hang out with friends, play video games, go out. Haha, I'm not all that different from the rest so yeah, I'm just happy that I'm well and living. =)
My Tales History:
Well, my Tales history is very short lived compared to others (^^;). A few years ago, people on this forum I went to were talking about Tales of Symphonia and several have recommended this to me as well. It wasn't long until the First of April (Yes April Fool's Day) when I rented it in 2005. On that day, I became instantly hooked.
Being a gamer whose life has been filled with common RPGS such as Pokemon, the Mario RPGS, etc. I thought the battle system would be exactly the same like those other Turn Based games I've played before -Only with better graphics and more features revolving around their universe-. Of course, I was proven wrong and that was when I got instantly hooked to the series. I've never played such a game with an astounding battle system before. It made you -and your friends- in charge of what happens in battle and it felt more like a Fighting/RPG crossover game.
Later on, when I grew out of Symphonia I started to play more games in the series, trying to import several copies and renting/buying the Tales games I can find here where I live. Shame I can't import as much as other fans do but, I try my best. ^^;
The Tales game I'm currently is Tales of the Abyss, though I plan on importing either Tales of the Tempest or Tales of Fandom Vol. 2 (When it comes out). Also, if I ever get my hands on a PSP I would try and import Radiant Mythology as well (Or just wait for it to be localized. =P).
keep the peace~

About Me: Ah well... I'm not sure what to say. I'm one of those rare girls who actually like gaming (since a lot of people I meet here don't really play games =/). I own a whole slew of systems, but right now, I'm playing with my PS2 and Wii (<3). My favorite series (along with the Tales of) is the Trauma Center series <3 (Woot!). Uhm... I'm in my last year of junior high school, and trying to make it into a academic high school at the moment... Outside of school and all my gaming, I play the piano and take Tae-Kwon-Doe (Just got my black belt x)).
My Tales History:
Well, like a whole bunch of others, I started with Tales of Symphonia for the Gamecube. It was a wonderful game, that actually brought tears to my eyes (shh. >_>; ) and was an RPG that could satisfy you on the Gamecube. For a while, I never knew there were other games of the Tales of series, so lets not try and go there... Later on, when Tales of Legendia came out, I never owned a PS2 - So I missed out on that... Then my most recent birthday, before Tales of the Abyss came out, my brother bought me a PS2 - and I preordered ToTA the next day ^^;. By then, I knew about the whole slew of Tales of games out in Japan (and badly wanted Tales of Destiny). When I picked up my copy of TOTA, I treasured it dearly (and for the first Saturday, I played Nine hours straight with little breaks in between just to get Natalia >_>; ). Later on, I found some one on the internet selling his copies of Tales of Destiny and Tales of Destiny 2 (US, So basically Tales of Eternia) and I bought them from him. And now we are basically at today. My Friend is borrowing my copy of Tales of Destiny at the moment, while I borrow her copy of Tales of Legendia (It's a good game despite what people say...)

About Me: Probably insane, but then again, we all are a little bit, right? When I'm not playing video games or surfing the web, I'm good at math and science and I like writing essays. My career goal is to either Aerospace Engineer or Game Programmer. I can speak some Japanese, and I love listening to J-pop and some J-rock. I'm smarter than you'd expect a gamer to be, but then again, I play RPGs, so...
My Tales History:
Believe it or not, I haven't been a Tales obsesser for very long. I got ToS from my Grandma for Christmas '05, but didn't actually start playing it for a month or so. After I did, I couldn't stop. It sucked me in in a way no other game had ever done. Then, when I discovered it was a series, I made it my goal to play them all. I'm getting there! I've played Symphonia, Phantasia GBA, Legendia, and Abyss. I love the series' characters and stories, and the music and gameplay is also amazing. So far, Legendia's my favorite. But that may change if I get my hands on ToDR... The Tales series took over my soul the instant I got to the Fire Seal in ToS, and its iron grip has yet to loosen. And I hope it never does.

About Me: Im starting my sophomore year of high school now, and I wish to pursue a career that will make me happy - which, as of the moment, spans animation and video game development, even though Im being forced to go to either Harvard or UPenn at the threat of being disowned ~ I dont play many video games outside the Tales series since I dont exactly have a steady source of income yet. I also play violin~ Oh yeah, I scanlate manga and karaoke/subtitle various Tales videos in my spare time.
My Tales History:
My first Tales game was Tales of Symphonia I got it on my birthday in 2005 after constant nagging from a good friend to try it. About 8 playthroughs later, I loved it...(8 playthroughs because it was my only full-fledged RPG for about half a year). Unfortunately, I did not learn how to handle the battle system at a sufficient rate until my 3rd playthrough...
Afterwards, one year after I got ToS, I begged my parents to buy me a PS2, and my first game for that console was Tales of Legendia unfortunately, after much frustration I gave up on it for a while after hitting the halfway mark, I only finished it in June of 2007...I blame my horrid sense of direction for making me take that long... I started researching on more of the Tales games In the time between getting ToL (but not finishing) and Tales of the Abyss, I began emulating which allowed me to play Tales of Destiny, Tales of Eternia , Tales of Phantasia and the ToW games out at the time. The only problem with emulating ToD and ToE was that the voice acting wouldnt work...After that was ToA, which I bought with my own hard-earned money~
