Due to unknown reasons, this game did not get a North American localization. The game features the "Three-Line Linear Motion Battle System" of the Tales games, which features the characters to be pre-designated in three lines that can target the enemy. This game, like other PS2 Tales games, contains a lot of animated cutscenes. A port for the PlayStation Portable will be released sometime in 2008. >> Storyline   >>In the world of Tales of Rebirth, Humas (humans, technically speaking) and Gajumas (beast people) co-exist in harmony. On "The Day of the Ladras' Fall," where the king Ladras Lindblum (a gajuma) meets his demise due to an unknown reason, all hell breaks loose between the two species.   Meanwhile, in the peaceful village of Sulz lives Veigue Lungberg. Due to his power of ice going haywire, he causes his friend Claire Bennett to be frozen solid.
