Cheagles are creatures that are considered holy by the order because of their pact with Yulia. Mieu wears the Sorcerer Ring around his belly, giving him the power of human speech. He can breathe fire, and is usually used(by Luke most of the time) as a convenient tool to get through forests and dungeons. Despite always being treated like trash by Luke, he is very loyal to him and to the rest of the gang. Mieu can't be used for battle, but instead, his powers can be used to go past obstacles in the game. >> Sorceror's Ring Mieu has the Sorceror's Ring, which enables him to do the following things: Mieu Fire >> Mieu's default ability. Lets you shoot fireballs to burn or light things up. Mieu Attack >> Mieu's second ability which is usually used for bashing things. You will be able to obtain it on your first visit to the Zao Ruins, and you can't progress the story without it. Just search around the ruins until you see a sparkling fonstone floating around. Approach it for a scene, and Mieu will learn the ability. Mieu Wings >> Mieu's third ability which is used to make a character float for a bit to get to those hard to reach places. After getting Mieu Attack, you can get this anytime you can return to Tataroo Valley. There, you'll be able to see a new path, just right of the flowers there. Look around for a large peculiar looking boulder. Use Mieu Attack on it, and a path will open. Enter and look around for a floating fonstone. Approach it for a scene. Mieu Fire 2 >> This isn't an ability, but rather, an extension of Mieu Fire. First off, you must have saved Shiba from Aramis Spring, and you must have Mieu Wings already. This is obtainable after clearing Mt. Zaleho the second time. Go to Keterburg and proceed to the left entrance of the Hotel. You'll see Shiba and Peko there, and a scene will occur. You'll immediately find yourself at Mt. Zaleho. Look around, and you'll notice that some areas you couldn't get to before are now accessible.
