Available From: After Natalia rejoins the party, after the Absorption
Gate.
Available Until: You enter Eldrant.
Go to the Fabre Manor and speak with Ramdas, who will mention Susanne
has fallen ill. Seems her medicine has run out and we need a Rugnican
Death Cap, and according to Mieu, they grow in the Mushroom Road.
Board the Albiore and, see the river somewhat east of Chesedonia (on
the continent with St. Binah and Grand Chokmah) enter it and follow it
all the way north. You should find the Mushroom Road there. Asch will
replace Luke here, but if you want to switch back to Luke, simply
leave and re-enter the place.
Nonetheless, Asch will get the title of 'Loving Son'.

What, you thought that was all we had to say about Asch? Anyway, as I think most people know, Asch is Luke's original. He is the real Luke fon Fabre, and he is the real Light of the Sacred Flame. When he was a kid, he was kidnapped by Van, and Luke was used as a replacement for him at the manor. There, Van raised him only for the sole purpose of using him for his plans. This particular "Luke" was the one who promised Natalia that they would be married. And obviously, he's the one in love with Natalia. He despises Luke a lot, mainly because he sees him as the one who took his name, family, and friends. Other than that, he sees Luke as a rival in being Van's student. In the end however, he still helps the party and even sacrifices his life to let Luke and the others move on and defeat Van. |
