To celebrate the upcoming release of Tales of Graces, House Foods, in collaboration with Namco Bandai, will be releasing a new real-life Mabo Curry product. The images are from GPara (I removed the watermarks with Photoshop).
This new product, to come in 200-gram packages, will be available in two varieties. The Richly Spicy one is described to have a rich, spicy flavor of tofu and onions in a sauce made of curry, coriander, cumin and other spices. The Mildly Spicy one incorporates the mild taste of apples and tomatoes in a tofu curry with oyster sauce. The product's packaging will have a description of Tales of Graces at the back of it. Also, a small event centered on Mabo Curry will be available somewhere within the game (unwatermarked screenshots to be added to the gallery once available). Even Asbel and the rest think that it's delicious ^^.
To those not that familiar with it, Mabo Curry is a staple food of the Tales of Series and is described as a spicy harmony of mabo tofu in curry sauce. To those who can still remember, a similar thing was done to promote Tales of Hearts' release, though in the form of a ready-to-eat meal at the Japanese Circle K convenience store.
The Mabo Curry will be available nationwide in Japanese stores starting December 7, 2009. Tales of Graces comes out three days after that.

>> A Whole Bunch of New Tales of Graces Magazine Scans- Groovy Chat & Others
A little hunting in 2ch made me discover all of these new scans. Some hold new info, some hold interesting things, while some are just old news. Nonetheless, we've added them to the gallery.
The scans above have a little more info on the game's chat system and the critical gauge we've seen in battles. The part about the critical gauge is too blurry to read, so we'll leave that out for now. The game's chat system is being called Groovy Chat this time around. It's pretty much the same chat system used in the Team Destiny games (waist up images of characters), only with the addition of the chibi/super-deformed illustrations for comical moments.
These next scans are pretty much new scans with old news. The only things of interest would be this one, showing a few new screenshots of the game's anime opening movie, this scan with Aston, Asbel's dad, this one showing Malik talking with Asbel and the others when they were just children, and this one showing young Richard in a nice hat. The rest of the scans just contain old info on Richard and the whole being able to fight as children thing.
Apologies if this is late. I hate it when I fall asleep while reviewing for exams. I tend to, uh, not wake up until the next day (which means I wasn't able to review properly too. GAH).

>> Mamoritai ~White Wishes~ HQ Full MP3 Leaked + Graces Video Page Updated
The full version of Tales of Graces' opening theme, "Mamoritai ~White Wishes~" (Japanese Version) has been leaked on YouTube. I happened to find the source HQ MP3 of this leak, so it has been added to our Tales of Graces Audio Downloads section. Enjoy. It has also been added to our never updatedJukebox (I'll get to fixing that on version 3). The song is really, really nice, in my opinion. I seriously hope the English version will be as good. And I'll probably have the lyrics up by next week. This week is my Finals week, so I'm a bit --- I'm extremely busy.
The Video Downloads/Viewing page of the site's Tales of Graces section has also been updated with the first commercial and that video of the Tales of Vesperia costumes. I got my cousin from Japan to cap the first commercial, so your available download is in HD thanks to him (the original source was crappy). Enjoy.
Lastly, Tales of Graces is to be featured again in Nintendo Power (December issue, on sale on October 27) though only in the general news section. Again, we're not expecting much because it's just in that section, but contributions of scans of it will be highly appreciated ^^.

>> Sequel to Tales of Vesperia Being Considered - Interview From Famitsu
Today, a special event commemorating the success of Tales of Vesperia ~The First Strike~ was held at Kadokawa Cinema in Shinjuku. Present at the event were the movie's director Kanta Kamei, Production I.G producer Hidekazu Terakawa, Namdai General Sales Manager Makoto Yoshizumi and Vesperia the game's producer Yoshito Higuchi. Famitsu has provided a report of the event.
One of the main questions asked to the staff was whether they will be making a sequel to Vesperia or not. Yoshizumi mentioned that the staff is actually thinking about doing one, and that there really is a desire within the company to make a sequel for Vesperia. Though he also mentioned that they also have the desire to make a sequel in movie form, like The First Strike. The host of the event even asked the audience if they would like a sequel, to which everyone replied with a big cheer.
To the confused: They're thinking of making a sequel for Tales of Vesperia the GAME. They said that there's a desire to make it either in game form or in movie form. If it will be in game form, they still don't know whether it will be a normal sequel or a spin-off sequel (like Dawn of the New World).

>> Tales of Graces - New Artwork, Screenshots and Gameplay Videos
Various Japanese gaming sites have updated today with new screenshots and artwork of Asbel and the rest as kids (from the previous scans). They were also put up in Famitsu a few days ago, but the ones without watermarks only surfaced today.
The new artwork include Asbel's, Hubert's and Richard's status arts when they were still children. Cheria also had a profile for her younger days, but she didn't get a new status art for it, so I'm assuming that those three will be the only ones playable as children. Other new art include the temporary DVD design and packaging for the Special DVD Pre-order bonus and the Tales of Vesperia-themed costumes. The download code for the costumes will be found printed on the special DVD's packaging.
The new screenshots include game screenshots of Asbel and the rest as kids, a few new screenshots regarding Kamenin Merchant, and anime screens of the game's opening.
A new gameplay video from the Tokyo Game Show 2009 has also been put up by 4Gamer, but for some reason it has no audio. You can view it in their site.
EDIT: The Tales of Graces Official Site has also been updated with a short, audio-less clip of Asbel, Sophie and Cheria in their Tales of Vesperia pre-order bonus costumes.

>> Tales of Symphonia: Tethe'alla Arc New Trailer and Advanced Screening
The Tales of Symphonia: the Animation Official Site has been updated today with a new trailer for the upcoming Tethe'alla Arc. You can see it automatically playing on the upper left hand corner once you visit. Though for some reason, the new trailer doesn't have any audio in it. Anyway, the trailer mostly starts off by showing scenes of the Sylvarant Arc, and is then followed by scenes of the upcoming new arc. The lack of audio should hopefully be fixed soon.
Also from the site, the first episode of the Tethe'alla Arc will be having an advanced screening in some Japanese theaters from December 12-18, 2009. It will be showing in the Ikeburo Theater Dia (Tokyo) and Umeda Theater (Osaka) on those dates. More information on this will be released in time.
The actual release of the Tethe'alla Arc DVDs will be on Spring 2010. To those interested, the Tethe'alla Arc's opening theme "Tenkuu no Canaria" by Nana Mizuki has already been leaked on YouTube.
EDIT:The trailer with Audio can be found here (thanks to cutepresea for the link!). Due to having copyright problems on YouTube with Frontier Works in the past (YouTube deleted some of my close friends' accounts just for having the Sylvarant Arc trailers in theirs in the past, and if you'll notice, our chan doesn't have any of the Sylvarant Arc trailers), we won't be putting up the new trailer in our YouTube channel. We'll just put it up for download/site streaming in the future. We don't want YouTube deleting AC's account. That said, I might delete the first Tethe'alla Arc trailer in the future from AC's account as well.
